What do crystal singing bowls do for your body and mind?
Sound creates vibrations that are absorbed by the body, primarily through bones, muscles, and fluids.
These vibrations can release tension or blockages and restore the natural balance of body and mind.
It often affects the nervous system, reducing stress and inducing deep relaxation.

Reiki with gemstones and singing bowls
Sophie's ervaring met reiki
In early 2024, Sophie Mol started with Reiki. Sophie began a Reiki course out of curiosity and to be able to feel better. It sparked her interest, and she decided to apply more Reiki in her daily life.
When she had her beauty salon (2018 through 2023), she already noticed that she was giving more than just a facial or massage. She was already unconsciously giving clients energetic Reiki. (At the time, of course, she didn't know it was Reiki.)
However, some clients indicated that her hands glowed during the massage and that her clients left the salon with a positive feeling. This was, therefore, one of the reasons why she wanted to discover more about herself.
Now she would like to help others.
