DJ with singer Sophie: a dazzling musical formula, a party with one goal: dancing! The repertoire: from Dance Classics to contemporary dance music. Live music with fresh, infectious beats.
Sophie and her DJ know how to get people on the dance floor and keep them there. With her wireless microphone, she moves actively along with the crowd. A born entertainer.
The DJ sometimes plays along on his bass guitar during his set. This makes the music even more swinging thanks to his groovy licks.

Sound healing is a form of therapy in which sounds and vibrations are used to relax, harmonize, and sometimes even heal the body, mind, and emotions.

What are crystal singing bowls?

Crystal singing bowls are bowls made of quartz crystal and sometimes mixed with other minerals. Sophie works with the seven chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls.

What can you experience during a 1-on-1 sound bowl session at Sophie's Sound?

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing method that works with 'universal life energy'.

(Rei = universal, Ki = life force) by means of the laying on of hands.

The goal is to bring body, mind, and soul into balance by stimulating the body's self-healing capacity, which can help with stress reduction, pain relief, and deep relaxation.

What does Reiki do?

- Feel calmer after a session, a deep relaxation.

- Less stress; It can help to clear your head for a moment and let go of stress.

Group sound healing session

What does a crystal singing bowl group session look like at Sophie's Sound?
The group is small and consists of a maximum of 4 people.
You will lie down comfortably on a small mattress and listen to the healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls for approximately 60 minutes.
After the session, there will be herbal tea with some treats.
You also have the option to draw a card.
