Cancellation Policy – Sophie's Sound

 

Performances

Cancellation is free of charge up to 6 months prior to the performance. After that, the following cancellation fees apply:

• Within 6 months: 25% of the agreed price

• Within 3 months: 50% of the agreed price

• Within 1 month to 2 weeks: 50% of the agreed price

• Within 2 weeks: 75% of the agreed price

Relocate (recommended alternative)
If the performance is rescheduled and a new date is set immediately (in consultation and subject to availability), we charge a €100 rebooking fee. In that case, the cancellation fees are waived.

Illness / force majeure of the artist:
In the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances, we always work with you to find a suitable solution. If desired, we do our best to arrange a worthy replacement act or musician within our network.

Coaching, Reiki and Sound Healing

• Up to 24 hours in advance: reschedule or cancel free of charge.

• Within 24 hours: 50% of the agreed rate.

• In case of no-show without notice: 100% of the agreed rate.

If Sophie's Sound has to cancel an appointment due to force majeure, a new appointment will be scheduled in consultation, or any prepaid amounts will be refunded.
